Im told by an actor friend that her previous volume of memoir, Then Again, was equally refreshing and unexpected, and mercifully free of the kind of mindless self-absorption that passes for insight (it was in fact mostly about her mother). Yes, there are comments here about Warren and Woody and Jack but there are also really left-of-field observations about shopping with her daughter, turtlenecks (also Nora Ephrons favourites) and her collection of photographs of men.
